Kavod harav can I answer amen to the bracha that is said by the person who is getting an alliha and doesn’t repeat the words after the bal kore?

Kavod HaRav, can one pray in a minyan where there are exactly 10 people and not all are answering ברוך הוא וברוך שמו and אמן and they have been asked to answer multiple times but still don’t?

Can I answer amen, and or yehe sheme raba, to kadish during kriat shema, what about saying kedusha during shema?
