Kvod harav, If I’m not able to daven with a minyan, which is at 9:20 in my area, I daven in my house At 9:20, And shkiah for me is at 6, and I don’t want to wait until 9:20 to eat a bread meal because I go to sleep by 10-11 right after, so what should I do? (Sfardim)
I’m Ashkenazi I’m going to my grandmother’s grave for hakamas matzeiva. Its being at one. Am I allowed to eat a regular breakfast?
Kvod harav. The opinion that holds that its not ok to eat before davening: Is that because its after Alos hashachar or because its between the time someone woke up and davened? For example if someone woke up at 3am and plans on staying up until netz should he refrain from eating or can he eat hamotsei if he wants?
