if I miss pesukeh dezimrah due to coming late to shul to make sure I start amidah with Chazzan. Can I make up pesukeh dezimrah after prayers?

Kavod harav. I remember the Rabbi saying that according to Kabbalah it is asur to say pesukeh dezimrah after shacrit. so what is the final halacha according to the Rav?
