Kvod Harav can one eat a salad where the onions were cut with a dairy knife, and the lemon with a meat one?

Hi rabbi if i boiled onion and garlic in a dairy pot together does it make it dairy, because I remember learning that onion and garlic becomes what you cook it in a meat or dairy pot, so I wanted to know if the soup is considered dairy now?

Shalom Rabbi Tahan, if I am fleshik, and I want to eat a meal cooked with dairy equipment, all parve ingredients but onions is one of the ingredients. Is the meal considered milkchik? Would I be allowed to eat it?
