Can I give in shirts to be cleaned on Chol Hamoed to be ready after Yom Tov if I will have no shirts to wear otherwise?

Is there any way out of ripping shirt when one hasn’t gone to kotel in more than 30 days? (Besides borrowing shirt from someone)
