Is saying tehilim between Aliyot on Shabbat considered talking in the shul?

Is there a Passuk that you are supposed to say when you pass a shul?

I read you cannot cross your legs at synagogue whatsoever . It’s written in the shulchan aruch. Does this apply to women as well?

Can a shul have no nusech and anyone who wants to can pray?
