Hello Rabbi. Is it permitted for one to go to a whale performance show (like at Sea World) where there is mixed-gender seating and female human performers doing tricks on the whale and are not dressed modestly? Thank You

The mixed seating by itself is not a problem, as long as you are not interacting with the women. It is no different than sitting on public transportation, where there are men and women sitting together.
However, one who goes to a show with female performers will almost certainly entertain improper thoughts about the women there. It is improper to go to such an event.
