Are we allowed to put a baby on a baby swing on Shabbat? How about if we leave the swing on all Shabbat or on a timer, is that allowed? If not can I unplug the swing and just put the baby on it or is the swing considered muktze?
You can’t put a baby on the electric swing even if it works from before Shabbat, but if it’s a manual one or if it’s unplugged it’s fine.
