Kvod Harav, if a sefardi doesn’t put on a talit gadol in general, does he say a bracha on the talit katan when he puts it on in the morning?
We don’t say a bracha for a few reasons, the size isn’t according to all opinions and the eshel avraham held its not something people wear visibly.
