Is frozen meat considered muktse?
The shulchan aruch says not muktza because it’s possible to eat. However, some poskim say that today you can’t and won’t eat raw meat therefore it is muktza. (R’ Elyashiv). Raw chicken would have the same halacha. Raw fish depends on if that type of fish is eaten raw, for example salmon in sushi.
