If somebody is in middle of learning and he really needs the bathroom( its בל תשקצו ), and the bathroom where he is learning is not available , and if he drives to a bathroom he will cause a nice amount of bittul torah…
Could he finish learning till the end of his seder , and then drive home and go to the bathroom?

One is prohibited even to learn Torah when they need the bathroom. See rama orach chaim siman 92 seif 1.
