What is Sephardi custom of abstaining from meat during the nine days? I keep hearing conflicting customs: all nine days, after rosh Chodesh or only the week of Tisha b’Av. I held that it was only the week of tish b’av that we don’t eat meat, but I am not sure this is correct practice. thank you.
This year tisha bav falls out on shabbat (2022), so it gets pushed off to the tenth. You can eat meat the night following (Sunday night). You can also eat meat this entire week.
