Is one obligated to stand up and recite kedusha with every minyan around him (Kotel) if he’s either busy learning or reciting tehillim?

Q – If I use earplugs to avoid hearing the kedusha and obviously don’t see as well is that a problem? Because it can be very disturbing to a learning Seder. Since there are constant minyanim.
