When reciting Shnayim Mikra v’Echad Targum, can I fufill the mitzvah of reciting the parasha by reciting the Hebrew only once and not twice (In addition to the Targum)?
That would not be a fulfillment of one’s obligation. However, you may read the Hebrew once on your own and once with the baal koreh in shul.
