Is it permitted to tear toilet paper in the restroom on Shabbat? Is there any permitted way to tear it or do I need to tear it before Shabbat starts?

One who is stuck in a bathroom and has no other option to clean themselves may use the toilet paper. However, you should tear the toilet paper in an unusual manner, such as holding it between your elbows.
The above is only when one had no chance to prepare toilet paper or tissues from before shabbat. One should always prepare toilet paper before shabbat.
