I have to work tonight starting at 11pm. Can I go home, light menorah at 8pm, stay home for a half hour, blow out the menorah, and go to work. Or should I light at work? (Ashkenaz Menhagim)
Light at home. No need to blow out the candles, unless you are concerned that they may be a fire hazard.
